Has gained exposure across the various facets of business, which includes, people management, channel and institutional sales, business development, product management, brand management, quality management, global sourcing projects, supply chain management, joint ventures, mergers & demergers, with Bosch for over a decade and a half.

At SKF was responsible for the Vehicle Service Market business unit including operations. The retail reach extended into the interior parts of the country.
​
In the just concluded assignment as the Director - Sales for the independent aftermarket at MANN+HUMMEL he built the retail concept from scratch for the passenger car, two wheeler segments and created a retail customer base of workshops and retailers, besides launching three product brands and the consumer life science category with air purifiers and non surgical face masks .

Representing "Studio Makeshift" and involved in a wide array of creative processes which includes Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Branding, Installations and Art.

Developed India’s first “Garage Tech Startup” office in 2016, in an attempt to create exposure towards this phenomenon that was non-existent in India at the time, hoping that more people can learn and adapt to this economic and efficient working style.
​
Worked as a consulting Architect for Curefit and helped them format an efficient and economic “cloud kitchen” layout for their brand Eat.fit which is a healthy food delivery service targeting their gym clients as well as day to day consumers.
​
Worked with Cult (a part of Curefit) at an early stage of their gym development and helped in developing their gymnasium layouts.

Worked as a design consultant with Tiny House Berlin, to develop a prototype for Refugee students studio apartment in Berlin

Saurabh Joshi

Saurabh is the Founder of Saurabh Joshi & Associates, Chartered Accountants in Pune. He specialises in providing end-to-end Start-Up services. He has close to 2 decades of rich experience in Financial Controlling, Compliance, Costing, Audit & Treasury in some of the leading Multinational corporations.
Saurabh led the Finance Function at Multinationals during the first 11 years of his career. As a Finance Controller at LG Electronics (a South Korean Consumer Durables major), he was instrumental in setting up a holistic Profit Management System for Pune Plant. At SKF India (a Swedish Bearings corporation), he led the Finance Controlling Function of the India Automotive Business. Here, he led many innovations at the Finance Controlling Function resulting in visible results on ground.

Saurabh is passionate about his game of cricket; he ensures he has quality time with family over weekends. Academically, he is an alumnus of 2 Premier Professional Institutes - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2005) & The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2003).
Rohit Regonayak

Rohit is co-Founder and Technology Director at Trellisys.net, a technology incubator and service provider specialising in startups and growth hacking. For over 20 years, he has been leading the architecture, design and delivery of infrastructure and technology stacks for startups in the customer research, retail, photography, mobile, gaming, ride sharing and publishing spaces among others.

On the rare occasions when Rohit is not tinkering in technology, he may be found channeling his competitive spirit on a badminton court. Rohit is a news junkie and forever striking up conversations on a wide range of topics like philosophy, politics, sports, history and culture. He enjoys spending time with his family, loves travelling in search of unique experiences, and a beach with a chilled beer is as close to heaven as he hopes to get.

Having spent close to 2 decades in the mobility aftermarket domain across segments OE, OES and IAM, he adds value to the leadership team as a practical and pragmatic leader. His can do attitude has helped our young organisation grow and blossom.

A hands on professional would develop mobility care centre focussed solutions that ensure their success. His indomitable spirit to champion the customer perspective across departments makes his contribution that much more valuable to the long term success of the organisation.

He loves to travel with his family by road to rejuvenate. Always there to help the needy and is purposeful to ensure that the technological advancements in the domain pervades the young minds in the remotest parts of the geography.
